New online study on Greek
scientific publications in
international journals using
the Scopus database
Our new study- ‘Greek Scientific Publications 1996-2010: a bibiliometric analysis of Greek publications
in international scientific journals-Scopus’ was completed in 2013 and is available online at
. It records the activities of scientific authors from Greek organisations
in international journals for the 15-year period 1996-2012 and shows the position Greece holds in
the international environment.
With the aim of a better picture and in order to show the regional dimensions of Greek scientific
and research activities, the basic bibliometric indicators for each Greek region were presented
in interactive charts.
