Greek participation in
the 7th Framework Programme
A series of intelligence reports with analytical data on and indicators for Greek participation in the
7th Framework Programme were produced, using data we collected as the National Contact Point,
from involvement in various RDI activities and European Commission sources.
Data were given to show performance in projects which were funded by Greece, their budgets,
scientific networks and collaborations which were created as a result of the participation of Greek
organisations in projects, the number of projects in Greek regions, community funding, which
organisations excelled etc

The report summarises the results of Greek participation in the programme ‘Regions of Knowledge’
for the strengthening of European regions through research-driven-clusters which connect research
organisations, businesses and local administrations in the same geographical areas.
