3.1. The Evolution of the Greek Participation
3.1.1. FP7-HEALTH calls
In FP7-HEALTH a total of 7107 proposals were submitted over the period 2007-2013. Out of those,
6.892 proposals were considered eligible and therefore evaluated, from which 1008 projects were
funded. 576 of the proposals submitted (560 eligible) had Greek participants (742 Greek
participations), from which 113 were finally funded (139 participants). Chart 12 shows the evolution
of Greek participation in FP7-HEALTH proposals & projects. The level of Greek participation shows
a significant decrease of 67% when comparing participation in FP7-HEALTH proposals in 2007 &
2013 (the first & last years of the 7
th
Framework Programme).
