Total number of projects funded & those with Greek participation, per year, under FP7-
HEALTH during the period 2007-2013
The majority of the FP7-HEALTH proposals were submitted by the Academic sector (51,2%)
followed by Research organisations (19,5%) & the Private sector (18,5%). The category “Others”
follows with 6,5% and the Other Public Sector is last with 4,3% (chart 3). In the projects funded
through FP7-HEALTH, the Academic sector prevails with a 47,98% share, Research organisations
follow with 25,31%, the Private sector with 19,38%, the Other Public Sector with 4,76% and last is
the category “Others” with a 2,58% share (chart 4).
Out of the 139 Greek participants funded through FP7-HEALTH, 66 were from Academia (47,5%),
53 were Research organisations (38,1%), 12 from the Private sector (8,6%), 6 from the Other
Public sector (4,3%) and 2 were “Others” (1.4%).
