Innovative Medicines Initiative (IMI) calls
Out of the 99 Greek organisations who participated in the IMI calls during the 2009-2014 period,
there were 32 Universities, 25 Research Institutions, 18 Private Companies, 15 Public Institutions
and 9 Others.
Among the 9 Greek participants in the IMI funded projects during the 2009-2014 period were: 4
Universities, 2 Research centres, 2 Others and one private company.
The EC financial contribution for the period 2009 to 2014 for Greek participants in the IMI funded
projects was 2,981 mil. Euros. Out of that, 39.5% went to fund Research Centres, 33% others,
24% Universities and only 3% Private companies.
The Greek participation and funding statistics for the IMI programme during the period 2009-2014
is summarised in Tables 11 and 12 and Charts 16 and 17.
