Aim: The aim is to use the results of projects funded by the Socio-Economic Sciences and
Humanities, using ICT tools.
Results: The development of a database with results from projects which have been funded by
the ‘Socio-Economic Sciences and Humanities’ programme [using new ICT tools from the 6th
and 7th Framework Programmes], a study of the conclusions /data of projects which have been
funded by the programme and the relevant infrastructures.

Aim: The aim is to facilitate libraries and other users to identify those who have right to works
which are part of digitisation programmes. Within the project a pan-European infrastructure
is being created which reduces the gap between the quality of the data in different European
countries. The achievement of the project’s goals depends on interoperability, the exchange of
bibliographic data, as well as information on copyright.
Results: The development of technical infrastructure and a system for owners’ rights to
intellectual works, in order to ensure interoperability of the data sources of European books
[between countries and topic areas], the identification of user requirements for the successful
adoption of the Arrow system, the formation of plans for national sustainability and the Arrow
Plus system for the identification of Intellectual Property Rights.
